Buying a Refurbished Phone

Every phone we sell is graded, tested, and certified before it's listed — nothing goes out with a fault we haven't disclosed. You can buy outright or lease monthly on a fixed 12, 24, or 36-month term collected by direct debit, with no long-term network contract attached.

Not sure which grade or model fits your budget? Our Device Grading Guide explains exactly what each condition rating means, and the Upgrade Advisor can help you compare models.
